    Are you looking to gain an edge against your competition?  Need something to get you out of a slump?  A personalized training program may be exactly what you need.  I do not believe in handing out the same program for everyone. Therefore, each month-long program is designed specifically for your sport, your training level, your body, and your needs. 

    Along with each program, you will also receive consultation via e-mail and phone (when necessary).  Consultations will include any questions, progress updates and changes you may need to your program. 

    Where most online coaches just hand out a program and you’re on your own, I truly believe in helping someone reach their goals maximally.  That is why I offer my support via e-mail and/or phone, so you can receive the full benefits of each month’s program.  No guessing games here!
